Up the stairs there is a big living room with a kitchen and a dining room with the balcony. In the last mid-floor there are three bedrooms, some with the balcony doors leading to a common balcony, a bathroom with a toilet and a utility.

The house is in a perfect condition and one can move in immediately with no major renovation needed. The property is sold by the system 'bought as seen' (except for the personal belongings and some older furniture pieces). Mains water, electricity, cable T.V. and telephone are connected, the house has a two partition septic tank. The building is protected ba the alarm system conecting it with the security service. Three years ago the insulation was added and the outside was painted. .
