Spring is here and there are Bargains to be had!

At last the warmer weather is here and along with it clients are out bargain hunting to make the most of some really great buying opportunities.

New to this month is our Brilliant Bargains spot found under locations on the main property page Property Bargains. This is where I list very special properties which have been reduced and which I feel have great potential. Of course it is up to you to discover how good a bargain it is! Some of the properties have been reduced by thousands of euros. I shall be updating the page regularly so make sure that you keep an eye on this spot!

Later on in the month I shall be re-introducing the Select Property page for those properties which are my favourites and I think that others will enjoy mainly because of their location or character.

I know how many people are poised, waiting for the market to gather momentum before resuming their searches but I do hope that in doing so they will not miss some wonderful opportunities. How many of us have looked at the recovery in the stock market and wished we had been able to take advantage of more or the missed buying opportunities. Our advice is still to buy for your own enjoyment in the long term. If it somewhere that you really like then the chances are that when you do come to sell it that others will be of the same opinion and the end result will be a happy one and you will have enjoyed a wonderful asset. Top marks to the Europeans living mainly in neighbouring countries who are the most active on our site at present.
