As expected, business has been much lower then usual over the winter months but quietly productive and now with the warmer weather and the May holidays ahead the traffic will increase accordingly and bring some serious clients many of whom have been planning their trips for months. Most in demand are still small stone cottages around the popular tourist spots such as the Soca Valley but also housing for clients hoping to retire to Slovenia in a few years time. There are some lovely renovated houses at really good prices which will make wonderful retirement homes.

Now is the time to prepare and update all the website materials. Please do notify me if you have made changes to your website particularly where prices have been reduced as often I have clients looking for properties in the new price band which the property has moved into and I can alert them about this.

The cessation of all airport traffic during the middle of April made clients realise the value of countries such as Slovenia which are relatively easy to drive to from Europe including the UK. Slovenia is ideal for those able to drive out and take longer trips of perhaps a month and where the client also gains the benefit of the use of their own car in Slovenia.
